Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Who we are

Due Today (the "Service") is operated by Brickhouse Media ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Due Today is a calm reminder application that helps you track recurring bills. We offer a free tier and optional paid tiers ("Clarity" and "Flow") that unlock additional features.

3. Account & accuracy

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping any credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

Brickhouse Media retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

6. Service level

We work to keep Due Today available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for the refund window.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brickhouse Media is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluding it would be unlawful.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brickhouse Media operates. For questions about these Terms, contact us through the support channel listed in your receipt or in the Service.
